Invent a story with these cards and tell it.

The Three wishes: Photocopy the 'granting cards', so that there is one for each student in the class so that  there is one for each student. Put them in a bag. Give each student a slip of paper and ask them to write 3 wishes on it, as follow:
I wish I could...; I wish I had .....; I wish I was....
Ask them to fold it upand keep it in a pocket. Then pass round the bag and ask each student to take one granting card. Tell them that the card gives them magic powers to grant any wishes to do with that subject. There is only one snag: They can't snag  their own wishes. The objet of this activity is to find people to grant the three wishes. They'll have to move round the class.
